Cape Ann’s FHC U8 training program is designed to focus on introducing beginners, novice & seasoned future field hockey stars to such an amazing game. Training sessions will cover elimination & defensive skills, How to move the ball through space with speed around defenders while keeping vision and awareness. Introducing the U10 teams to Local & Regional level competition through tournament play. Establishing a Youth Program in Cape Ann FHC is of highest priority as we are confident that our coaching can develop your son/daughter to new levels over the years.
